The story of this success begins with a journey. A journey to discover what makes great service. Our team set out to extensively research patient experiences throughout the world. We explored a myriad of multidisciplinary practices across several continents.

We interviewed thousands of patients from all walks of life and all nationalities. We heard their personal stories, documented experiences and talked about their struggles. Our journey took us from the first call they made to their doctor and followed to the end of their treatment.

We asked patients how their experiences shaped their view of their doctor. How this experience determined if they would continue with their doctor or seek treatment elsewhere. Would they recommend their doctor to a friend.

Based on these conversations, we set forth to make the necessary framework. To not only meet but to exceed the patient's expectation. We put together the tools necessary to tackle this task. We compiled a team of experts and set forth on the arduous task of researching and reviewing all the software on the market and what their capabilties were. We came to the conclusion that it was lacking on many levels.

We quickly decided to create our own software. We put a plan into place that was focused on two additional levels, quality and affordabilty to the clinician.
